1. Eligibility

By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products

VARAÉ offers wellness products including ANCHOR, an Ayurvedic nasal inhaler licensed under the Ministry of AYUSH. Our products are traditional wellness formulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read the label and product information carefully before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified practitioner before use.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur. Natural ingredients may vary slightly from batch to batch; this is characteristic of botanical products and does not indicate a defect.

All content on this Site, including the VARAÉ name, wordmark, product names, text, images, and design, is the property of SFS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
