Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on varaeindia.com, operated by SFS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Survey No. 5/6/7, 17, Pipliya Kumar, Dewas Naka, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. The amount shown at checkout is final for that order.
3. Order Processing
Every order is packed and ready to dispatch from our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are packed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–6 business days anywhere in India. Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may take a little longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to us at care@varaeindia.com and we will track it down.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged Parcels
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and informing us at care@varaeindia.com. If you accept a parcel and find the contents damaged, please raise a claim within 48 hours as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
