Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on varaeindia.com, operated by SFS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Survey No. 5/6/7, 17, Pipliya Kumar, Dewas Naka, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. It explains how your VARAÉ order gets from us to you.

1. Dispatch

Every order is packed and ready to dispatch from our warehouse within 24 hours. As soon as you place your order, you get a confirmation by email. When your parcel leaves us, you get a second email with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery takes 4 to 6 business days anywhere in India. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, local disruptions or courier delays can sometimes add a day or two. If your order is running late, write to us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is a flat ₹100 on every order, anywhere in India. It is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you get a tracking link by email, and by SMS where available. The first tracking update can take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. Where We Deliver

We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your pin code does not work at checkout, write to care@varaeindia.com and we will find a way to reach you.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please check that your address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to send it again. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, take photos of the parcel and the product, and write to care@varaeindia.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
